VXBAMBO Auto Post is a private workflow used by the authorized owner to prepare, review, and publish Vietnamese news videos.
Data we process
• Basic TikTok account information made available through Login Kit, including the account identifier and basic profile information.
• TikTok OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.
• Workflow records including job_id, render_id, video_url, approval status, and TikTok publishing status.
• Video files selected by the owner and stored in the owner’s Google Drive.
How data is used
Data is used only to identify the authorized TikTok account, store the completed video, request owner approval in Telegram, and publish an approved video through TikTok’s official Content Posting API. A video is not published until the owner explicitly selects APPROVE_V2.
Sharing and third-party services
Data is sent only to services required for this workflow: TikTok for authorization and publishing, Google Drive for video storage, and Telegram for owner review and approval. VXBAMBO Auto Post does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention and control
Workflow records and video files are retained only as needed to operate and audit the workflow. The owner can delete stored files and records and can revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok account settings. Revocation prevents future publishing until authorization is granted again.
Security
Access to the workflow, stored video files, and credentials is restricted to the authorized owner and configured automation. Credentials are not displayed publicly.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the workflow or applicable platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
