Terms of Service
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Purpose
VXBAMBO Auto Post is a private automation workflow for the authorized owner. It prepares Vietnamese news videos, stores completed videos in Google Drive, sends them to Telegram for review, and uses TikTok’s official Content Posting API only after explicit approval.
Authorization and approval
The owner must authorize the TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit. A video may enter the TikTok publishing branch only after the owner selects APPROVE_V2 in Telegram. The workflow must not publish unapproved videos.
Owner responsibilities
The owner is responsible for the accuracy, legality, copyright status, and platform compliance of all news text, media, audio, captions, and videos submitted through the workflow. The owner must have the necessary rights to publish each video.
Acceptable use
The workflow may not be used for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content, or to access or publish to an account without permission.
Third-party services
The workflow depends on third-party services including TikTok, Google Drive, Telegram, n8n, and the configured media and rendering providers. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and availability.
Service availability
The workflow may be paused to protect credentials, prevent duplicate publishing, control costs, address errors, or comply with platform requirements. No guarantee is made that every video will be accepted or published by TikTok.
Termination and revocation
The owner may stop using the workflow, disable it, delete stored files and records, or revoke TikTok authorization at any time. Revoking authorization prevents future TikTok publishing until access is granted again.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the workflow or platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
